East Life is operated by Journey Entertainment LLC ("Journey," "we," "us," or "our"). This page explains how you opt in to the East Life text messaging program and the terms that apply to it. These are the same program terms stated in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy: https://myeastlife.com/privacy

How You Opt In

1. Go to the East Life sign-in page: https://myeastlife.com/login
2. Enter your own mobile phone number.
3. Tap "Get code." By entering your mobile number and tapping "Get code," you agree to receive text messages from East Life (Journey Entertainment LLC) at that number, including one-time passcodes for sign-in, service-request matching notifications, appointment confirmations, and two-way customer-care messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Entering your number and requesting a code is the opt-in action. We do not send text messages to any number that has not requested a code.

What We Send

The East Life text messaging program sends (a) one-time verification codes to confirm your phone number and sign you in, and (b) service-related messages. Service-related messages include notices of new messages relayed from Residents or Merchants, responses to service requests, account and security alerts, and customer support replies. We do not send marketing text messages under this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, such as how often you sign in and how many messages you send or receive.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Journey does not charge for text messages.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any East Life text message to opt out. We will also honor other reasonable opt-out requests, such as replying END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, or emailing frank@journeyentertainment.net. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out and will stop sending text messages to that number. If you opt out, you will stop receiving relayed message alerts by text, and you may need to sign in by email or check messages on the Platform. To resume, reply START or re-enable text notifications in your account.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology. If you do not want to receive text messages, you may register and receive notifications by email instead.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Mobile Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver text messages, as described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
